2008:Akyat sa Bundok Daguldol

Bagong taon, ibig sabihin bagong extreme activity uli, kung noon 2005 ay nag rapelling at white river rafting kami sa davao, at noon 2006 naman ay batad banawe at spelunking sa Sagada, ngayon naman ay ang pag akyat sa bundok daguldol sa san juan batangas ang aming ginawa.

It was a great experience for us to have this kind of activity, though we were all tired, cold, and aching in pain, still we were just too glad to have this climb. our climb took almost 5 hours to reach the camp site. we travelled this january 26 from philocoa to hugom for about 4 hours, had our lunch first then off to go to start our purpose. it was overwhelming to see new people. we had the chance to meet ando (an exchange student from japan), justin whose a fil-am, a malaysian girl, group of students, group of professionals like us and of course the organizer led by Rhea of BOMIKA. Other interesting people are Mel, Dada, Jay, Ruens, Petra, Deo, Chelsea and Maryan.

We have our groups, and our group is called Group5 led by our facilitor Chelsea, who is only 21 years old, a UP stud, and a varsity(swimmer). We're 8 sa group, Anthony, Paul, Luds, Joan, Cora, Lisa, adn Miss Jhess. We were able to eat chicken with white sauce for our dinner but unfortunately wasn't able to taste the corned beef mixed with cheese, corn kernel, and spices from Rhea. Buti na lang we were successful in our 2nd attempt to had the corned beef meal for our lunch the next day(January 27).

I wasn't able to seep well sa tent, can't strecth my legs heheh..ayaw kasi maghiwa hiwalay kaya kahit na it was too small for 8 people still we decided to be in one tent.we did some game too before signing off nun gabi, 'Maalis Marami' eheheh, whoever loses should drink some gin (mix wid juice). it was fun!

The next day we had to go back, it was more dangerous becoz of the fog and the fact that its raining making it difficult for us to go down becoz of the slippery trail/muddy trail. pero ok lang carry pa rin heheh... at last nakarating kami sa paanan ng bundok safely, what's scary is when we we almost had an accident. masyado kc matarik daan, and the small truck we're riding wasn't able to control its way up siguro dahil loaded na talaga yung sasakyan..it was like a rollercoaster feeling, you end up hanging in the middle of the ride ehehehe.

sa wakas sa dagat na kami, and there we had our lucnh, picture taking, had our BOMIKA shirt tried on and jump shot sa mga picture taking ehehhe...fun fun fun...
